Shanghai: Fengmingshan Immortal Valley Private Day Trip

Travel from Shanghai toward Shangyu and enter the landscape known locally as Fengmingshan's Immortal Valley. Follow bamboo-lined paths into a Taoist gorge, where the route is built around a waterfall beneath an overhanging rock and old vines that have grown through the valley for generations.

This is a gentle countryside walking day rather than a technical hike, with time for the gorge, vegetation and water scenery.
